TOKIODELIC is produced by Sebastian Masuda, the pioneering artist and creative director who brought Japan’s “Kawaii” culture to the world stage. Since founding the iconic Harajuku shop 6%DOKIDOKI in 1995, Masuda has shaped the global visual language of kawaii through colorful works including Kyary Pamyu Pamyu’s music video “PONPONPON” and the creation of the KAWAII MONSTER CAFE.
Now working between Tokyo and New York, Sebastian continues to expand his colorful universe across contemporary art, fashion, and pop culture—transforming the playful and surreal into powerful forms of expression that challenge how we see the world.
